What to show the surveyor before you book the truck
The survey is the visit, or the video, that stops the quote from changing on the day. It is not a formality. If the surveyor did not see the access, you do not have a survey. You have a guess.
Walk this route
Start at the street where the truck must stop. Show the gate, the barrier, and the distance from that point to the door. Then the lift or the stairs, including the tightest landing. Then each room, including the store, the roof, and the servant quarter if those are moving too.
Open the cupboards you actually want packed. A closed door hides the volume. Point out anything that must not be moved, so it is not wrapped by mistake.
If the survey is a video
Divisions far from Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, or Bahawalpur are often surveyed by video first. Walk slowly. Say the floor number out loud. Film the street in daylight. A dark clip of a bedroom does not show whether a truck can enter the lane.
What you should receive back

One more thing to settle
If two addresses are involved, film both. The delivery building is where jobs get stuck, especially when it is a new society that has not finished the road. A perfect pickup plan still fails if the truck cannot approach the new gate. Mention a basement parking rule before the vehicle size is chosen.
