International Cargo to Pakistan from Abroad

Who sends cargo to Pakistan

  • Families returning from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait after a contract ends
  • Students and workers coming back from the UK, the USA, Canada, or Australia
  • Overseas Pakistanis sending furniture, appliances, or gifts to parents in their home city
  • Small traders bringing commercial stock, which needs its own invoice and duty

How the Pakistan side works

A shipment to Pakistan arrives at Karachi port, Port Qasim, or one of the international airports. It is cleared by Pakistan Customs against the documents, then trucked to the home city. Marsoos plans the Pakistan side of that file: clearance coordination, delivery from the port or airport to the house, unloading, and unpacking if you want it. Packing at origin is arranged with the shipper or forwarder in that country. Ask the cargo desk which origin cities can be quoted for your dates.

Documents to keep ready

  • Passport copy and CNIC or NICOP of the owner
  • A packing list that matches every box, with used and new items marked
  • The bill of lading or air waybill once the shipment is booked
  • Proof of stay abroad if you want to use baggage or transfer-of-residence rules; customs decides what qualifies
  • A separate commercial invoice for anything meant for sale

Duty and taxes are decided by Pakistan Customs, not by the mover. New electronics, cars, and commercial goods are treated differently from used household items. If someone promises a fixed “all-in, no customs” price without seeing the list, ask what happens when customs disagrees.

Air or sea to Pakistan

Air is for suitcases, documents, and a few cartons that must arrive in days. Sea is for furniture and a full household; it takes weeks, and groupage from the Gulf is the usual choice when the load is smaller than a container.

Delivery cities in Pakistan

Delivery is arranged to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Quetta, and nearby towns. For Mirpur and other parts of Azad Kashmir, ask the cargo desk before booking. The quote names the arrival port and the house address.

How to start

Message the cargo desk on WhatsApp +92 333 5371111 with the country and city you are sending from, the delivery city in Pakistan, a rough list or a video of the items, and the date you need them. Email info@marsoospackers.com works too. Calls from abroad are welcome at any time; replies come in Pakistan office hours.
