If Marsoos is shipping your cargo, you can follow it in two ways: ask the cargo desk on WhatsApp, or check the carrier’s own tracking page with the number on your receipt.
1. Ask the cargo desk
Send your name, the booking city, and the receipt or booking number on WhatsApp to +92 333 5371111. The desk replies with where the shipment is and what is next: packed, handed to the airline or shipping line, in transit, arrived, or in customs.
2. Track with the carrier
- Air cargo has an air waybill (AWB) number, usually 11 digits. The first three digits name the airline. Enter the full number on that airline’s cargo tracking page.
- Sea cargo has a bill of lading (B/L) number and often a container number. Enter it on the shipping line’s tracking page.
- Courier parcels use the courier’s own tracking number on its website.
The carrier page only shows the carrier’s part. Customs clearance and the last delivery to the door are updated by the cargo desk.
Why tracking can look stuck
- Sea shipments can show no update for days while the ship is at sea.
- Groupage cargo waits for the consolidation to fill before it sails.
- Customs inspections and missing documents hold a shipment until they are cleared.
- Weekends and public holidays at either end slow updates.
If something looks wrong, message the desk with the number instead of waiting. A missing document is quicker to fix the same week than after storage charges start.
