What you keep with you

You still provide the identity documents and the receiving address. A destination agent or the carrier may ask for more. Inventing a contents description to get a lower examination is how people lose weeks.

One more thing to settle
Send the packing list to yourself as well as to the office, so you have a copy that did not travel in the crate. When the destination contact asks what is in box 14, you should be able to answer without opening the container. If you cannot, the list was too vague and should be rewritten before the freight is booked.
